2.) LUXHAVE will review the return request-
If approved a shipping label will be emailed to you within forty-eight (48) hours.
3.) Print Pre Paid Shipping Label and Ship Item(s)-
Ship your items within ten (10) days of receiving the pre paid shipping label.
Returns received by LuxHave beyond forty-five (45) days from the purchase date cannot be refunded to the original payment source.
However, you may only qualify for store credit (this includes damaged items or orders not received).

Return policy for buyers
Request a Return
- Upon your receipt of an order, you may submit a return request form, which is located under Your Purchases, within four (4) days of delivery. You may contact us directly via phone or email should the online processing program become unavailable at any time. Please provide us with any necessary information in the return request, including a full description or explanation of your reason for returning the product.
- In special circumstances, LuxHave has discretion to allow return request forms up to forty-five (45) days from the purchase date. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the request is approved, you may only qualify for store credit.
LuxHave will review your return request and make a final decision
- LuxHave will extensively evaluate the condition and authenticity of the item that you have returned. LuxHave will compare the item to the seller’s original description and determine if a return will be issued. LuxHave will also consider additional details provided to us in order to reach a decision. A LuxHave representative may contact you for more information about the item. Failure to respond promptly may result in a refusal of the refund.
- Items will receive a full refund to your original payment source if…
- The item you are returning was listed inaccurately (e.g. size, brand, material) or in any other condition than that stated by the seller in their LuxHave listing.
- Items will receive a refund in the form of LuxHave store credit if…
- The item that you have purchased dissatisfies you for any reason. The store credit given can be used to purchase any item on our LuxHave website. The store credit received is non-transferrable, does not expire, and can be viewed in your account.
- The LuxHave Returns Department will consider your return request and notify you of its decision within 48 hours. If a refund request is approved, a LuxHave representative will let you know if you’ll receive a refund or LuxHave store credit. It typically takes 5 business days to receive a cash refund and 48 hours to receive store credit following a decision by our staff. If a refund request is rejected, the product will be shipped back to you for no additional charge.
Print your free return shipping label and ship your item back
- After submitting your return request form, you will be notified via email whether your return request has been approved. If the request is approved, the email will contain a prepaid shipping label. You may ship your item to LuxHave within ten (10) days of receiving the prepaid shipping label. Returns received by LuxHave beyond forty-five (45) days from the purchase date cannot be refunded to the original payment source. You may only qualify for store credit (this includes damaged items or orders not received).
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received, and should not have been used or worn by you at any time. Pack the return item securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Including all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dust bags.
- LuxHave is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We recommend insuring your shipment for the appropriate amount.
